Tier 5 dependent

Hello,
I have tier 5 dependent(spouse) visa and my wife got the tier 5 temporary working visa through the authorized exchange scheme(medical training initiative).
Once our visa finishes and returning back to our country, can I apply to a tier 5 temporary working visa through the authorized exchange scheme by my self?
