Renewing Spousal Visa "List family & friends from your country of birth"

I've started the online application process to renew my spousal visa for the additional 2.5 years. An early question though asks for the following details:

What family or friends do you have in the country where you were born and/or any other country whose nationality you hold?
Please provide details of these family and friends, for example, their names, relationship to you and where they live.

Anyone have any idea, or hell and educated guess about how much detail they want here?
Immediate family only? Or do I need Cousins and Aunts & Uncles?
How many friends do I need to include?

It seems a bizarre question and a terribly non-specific instruction on what details they want.
