Can you keep business after extension refusal?

Hello,

If I'm on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and I apply for an extension after 3 years which is then refused, would I have to give up on the business? I note that foreigners are allowed to set up business in the UK even as non-residents.

So I wonder what happens when your extension is refused. Can you still keep running the business as non-resident from overseas or you have to close down the business?

You can run it but ytou cannot be on payroll in the UK. You can get paid dividends or shares, .. etc
