UK student recieving carers allowence applying for pakistan spouse visa?

i am British citizen living in the UK. Currently i am a student studying at university doing a 3 year course. i wanted to get married in pakistan. i am also a carer for my grandparent and i earn from a part time job up to £120/week would i be able to apply for a spouse visa. would receiving student loan and grant be a problem in the process. can someone give me more advise on the matter.
