Tier2 general BRP not found

Hello house,
I sent in my passport and supporting documents on the 14th of June and had my biometric done in the same day. I got an email after 8 working days that they noticed I haven't enrolled my biometric. I went back to the Post office to find out and they claim they never leave biometric data unsent. I replied the home office email with my receipts showing I have done the biometric. I haven't had any reply from since the UKVI if it's been found or not. Has anyone had this experience?
