Dear all Experienced Members,
Good afternoon. I hope everyone is doing amazingly well. Kindly please share your experience or valuable idea rendering the following situation -
I have currently received my ILR based on 10 years of legal residency. However, I applied for FLR(IR) before my ILR application and then varied it to ILR. Now I have received all the documents that I enclosed with the ILR application as well the BRP card. However, I haven't received the other documents that I enclosed with the FLR(IR). I also haven't got any refund of my FLR(IR) fees or my IHS fees.
I need my valid passport which I previously enclosed with FLR(IR) application. Since then I have sent 1 document return request letter to Sheffield office and 1 letter to Liverpool office. Also tried the online service. No reply or response from home office.
Could you kindly please share your experience or advice with regards to this scenario. Many thanks in advance. Truly appreciated.
