Immigration history
Aug. 2008 entered as student then extended as tire 4 student then applied for tire 1 Entrepreneur which is rejected and given right of appeal, applied for first tribunal appeal which was refused and the ask for permission to apply upper tribunal which was refused then applied upper tribunal directly which was refused as well.

All these above as done in time. No break in continuing leave. And section 3c was there.

After the upper tribunal refusal we have 14 days to apply for fresh application which was done within the time (28 day before of my 10 years) for SET(LR) waiting for bio matrix.

My question is does my right to work will continue or then may turn arround and say no to me?

Please advise me on this as i have stopped working right now any way for while.

No. You have been an overstayer since you exhausted your appeal rights. So you get no right to work until you regularise your status
