Spouse Visa finacial requirment

Hello
Acutally i want to apply a spouse visa for my husband i live in london but my husband lives in india now i want to apply a spouse visa but i have a problem now in my payslip my employer pay me everymonth like £1600 sometimes £1850 but in my contract hours is 38 hours per week and my pay rate is 8.50 but i am doing overtime so much so can you somebody please help me.
