English Language requirement for ILR

Dear fellows , kindly guide about calculation of days of stay for ILR application , if some one have more than 180 days abroad in first year and in other 4 years he has less than 180 days abroad can he apply for ILR or he should apply second extension ?

if he will apply for second extension than criteria will same like first extension or different ?

Dear Fellows , I was granted Tier1 Enterprenuer in 2014 and at that time i submitted IELTS certificate in my Country , do i need fresh IELTS for my ILR application ?
at first application i submitted ILETS certificate of my self and my spouse and we were granted points , now at this stage when we are planing for ILR do we both need to get new ILETS certificates ?

You need life in uk and b1 for ilr application.
