FLR (M) just moved house - evidencinf accommodation

Evening all.

I am applying for FLR(M) and I have been asked to submit evidence of council tax charges and cost of acommodation. I will be able to provide my mortgage agreement/statement but not the council tax bill as we only moved into the property on 25th may and it is a new build so there is no council tax band yet on the council website. I have no bill as we have not received one yet, although we have informed the council that we have moved. What can I do to satisfy the requirements to show evidence of accommodation cost / council tax?
