Dependant on sister but would like to marry uk citizen

Please can someone help?

I arrived on a limited remain to leave visa dependant on my sister in January 2017 for 2 years. I have now found someone to marry, we have given notice to marry but were told because I’m under immigration control the home office may investigate and i May have to wait 70 days.

My question is that if they do give permission to marry because I’m dependant on my sister who sponsored me and has housed me etc can I go live with my husband when we get married then apply for spouse visa? I’m concerned because my sister signed a sponsor form to say they would support me, house me etc for the duration of my stay.

Would I have to return back to my home county then make an spouse application?

Were you under EU rules? How are you dependent on your sister?

I’m from a non eea country and was given 2 year clearance LLR after my sister sponsored me. I don’t think I’m under EEC rules.

I just need to know if I can switch to a spouse visa once we are married or if I have to leave the country & go back home & apply?
