Need help.

Post by Kelz1929 » Fri Jul 06, 2018 9:43 pm

Hey all.
I’m an overstayed in the U.K. I’ve overstayed for over 2 years now. I have an EU partner(not married) is there way I can legalise my stay? What are the easiest ways or visas I could apply for ? If by chances I left the U.K. and decided to come back as an unmarried partner, would I still face the one year penalty of overstaying?

How long have you been with your EU partner?
An unmarried partner is not recognized as an (extended) family member unless you have been together for 2 years.
