Happy to tell you all, I am expecting my third baby in March 2019,, I want to know what will be his status, I mean after brexit. Wife is pakistani French national. First two kids are French born in France. Third baby we do baby delivery in London...
She will finish her maternity leave end of July 2018, will take maternity leave again from Dec 2018..is it OK.. I had my second baby in 2018 February. She has been on. Maternity leave since January 2018.
Please make me aware on this...
I do not have any money issue,,, but for my permany residency I am concernd.. I have 5 year non eea permit which finish march 2020...please make me aware..
Am I entitle to 3rd baby benefit, my wife is concern regarding this, I do not care if I get it or not..
I am concern with my permanent residence in march 2020.. My life is going very well with a lovely wife and kids... Thank you all.

When and for how long did your wife take maternity leave in the past? Has she applied for DCPR?

As discussed before, that may have a bearing on your PR status and therefore on your third baby's citizenship if born in the UK.

About 7 months in 2014. First baby
She is still French national. She never take any job seeker benefit.
She lost her job May 2015 to July 2016.no job. No insurance. Nothing.

Would you mind giving a bit more information about your timeline? When did you start living in the UK? When was your wife employed? How long was your wife absent from the UK when giving birth in France for your first two kids?

Also: As far as I understand, your question is not about your 3rd baby's status (citizenship), but about your permanent residence status? You are asking whether her being on maternity leave will affect your PR application in 2020 - is that correct?

She has been in UK since 2012.april. First two babies she took 8 months maternity leave, each baby..
We have been married since June 2013.english marriage. April 2012 Islamic marriage.
She has been working since April 2012, except 2015 June to 2016 July... Due to first baby.. Looking after. But she not take any insurance, no job seeker benefit.. Nothing..

How long did your wife spend in France for the births of the first two children? June 2015 to July 2016 is a very long time for maternity leave not to affect status under the EEA regulations - on its own, I believe it would break continuity of lawful residence under the regulations.. However, if you two had CSI for the end of the period, then you two may have been self-sufficient on the basis of your earnings, and so there would have been no break in continuity - come the fifth anniversary of your legal marriage, you would both have PR, and your 3rd child would be born British.

Your eligibility for settled status depends on the length of your wife's absence.
