Hi
I am a Portuguese national .. I have been refuse visa for my husband three times.. he is an Indian national.. and I want him to join me here.. I have been trying.. I applied for short stay visa type c.. but in the application I mentioned that it is for visit for 3 months .. how can I write the application.. any help appreciated please.
Or do u all know any agents that can help me.. I am based in Dublin

Hi I'm in same condition can you just tell me when you apply and and after how long you reply from Inis and what was reason of refusal I have already applied it's 9 months still didn't reply

Are you working? You need to prove that you're working and exercising the EU treaty right. What was the reason for refusal?
