further submissions in Article 8 cases

Post by Bozmay85 » Sat Jul 07, 2018 9:07 pm

Dear members please help.

My husband had his permission to appeal under article 8 dismissed as he didn't have enough evidence. However, he now has new fresh evidence. We had some one-off legal advice and the advisor said we could submit this new evidence by post back to the home office for them to review as they already have a paid application from us. When I have researched this it refers only to asylum claims and that an appointment has to be made at Liverpool home office. Our advisor said because it is article 8 we can submit by post. The information on the internet is rather conflicting. Does anyone know the correct procedure? Our flr (m) application is with the Durham office so do we just submit the new evidence with a covering letter to the same department and hope it is enough?

Thanks

only failed Asylum seeker can do fresh application and he must have to go Liverpool and he need to make a new Application with fee or without fee and if he don't have a fee then you need to fill the fee waiver forum and Its up to the HO if they can accept fee waiver or not.
