i am from france and my fiance is from morroco we gave notice of marraige to council last month and this week we received letter for interview for next week on wednesday. In the letter home office asked to bring tenancy agreement and six months statements. but my fiance dont have tenancy agreement on his name its on my name and one another person because he couldn't take due to lack of passport. he got bank statement and virgin bill only on his name in this property. do you think we should take the tenancy agreement in the interview or not ?. And also does home office can ask our phone to check something so maybe we should avoid taking the phone to get any troubles.
To be honest, with another male's name on your joint tenancy, you will have to provide VERY strong evidence of a relationship with your partner. What evidence do you have
A correction to my previous post, I can now see that you are a French national which would make an application under EEA Regulations from within the UK if you are able to marry.Mare72 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 08, 2018 3:44 pmWe got the Photos from last 2 years together and also with my family members. 6 month previous tenancy agreement from previous private landlord, Facebook conversation. After rejection we put the file for unmarried partnership(EEA EFM) on march and my partner received the letter for COA with work on 1st May but during the application our 2 years were not completed so we are not expecting to get any positive results from this.

Yes. After being instructed to provide your tenancy agreement, in my opinion failing to do so would only raise suspicion that you're hiding something.Mare72 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 08, 2018 4:45 pmDo you think we should take tenancy agreement or not?Casa wrote: ↑Sun Jul 08, 2018 3:58 pmA correction to my previous post, I can now see that you are a French national which would make an application under EEA Regulations from within the UK if you are able to marry.Mare72 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 08, 2018 3:44 pmWe got the Photos from last 2 years together and also with my family members. 6 month previous tenancy agreement from previous private landlord, Facebook conversation.
