Should we declare late fees paid by us

I have question regarding declaring fines in Tier 2(General) application. Some times we do miss paying EMIs of credit card bill, loans etc. So, banks impose some additional late fee with EMIs. Usually we do not keep track of these thinks. I am wondering, whether do we need to declare all these details under the answer to question regarding declaring fines etc?
