Which spouce visa to apply, if I have a Tier 5 visa?

Hi Folks,
I am a New Zealand citizen and am eligible for Tier 5 YM visa.

I however do not know how to get my spouse along with me. I hence have the following questions
1.Which visa can she apply to come to the UK and work?
2. What are the processing times like?
