FLR FP 10 year route partner ( life in the UK test required )

My wife is on her visa 10 year route partner

When she finishes her FLR FP 10 years partner route and applies for ILR does she need to take Life in the UK test I know you do not need English language test if you are on 10 year route.

I am British Citizen Born here and my wife is Bangladesh Citizen.

"You need to take the test as part of your application for British citizenship or settlement in the UK."

ILR is settlement so the answer is yes.
