55 points, Non SOL, Non NHS.. Still waiting
HO requested for further documents and my employer submitted them on 10th July. So, Please may I know if my RCOS application will be considered in July allocation? or will it be moved to August?
Please may I know if there are any articles on this forum relating to this and did anyone of you have similar situation
Hi,
I´m in the same situation and waiting with 55 points. I asked my HR about that and the answer was:
"As the HO requested more info, it had to be in by the 10th to enable it to be considered in the July allocation"
The appliocations without requested from HO must be in by the 05th each month.
Thanks, Please may I know what's the status of your RCOS application in SMS, is it Under Review or Pending
I don´t know the status once it´s handle by the company HR... But trust me, I know we are in this month

Hey, on the UK gov website its mentioned that all applications submitted on or before 6th of every month is eligible for the draw on the 11th of that month, considering your additional documents was submitted on 10th July, i reckon it will be eligible only for Aug 13th draw. Hope this helps.
Hi Moderator
Please can you clarify on this as the below comment form ''Batagin'' mentions the allocation will be considered in July but ''Rasy18'' mentioned that my RCOS will be considered for August allocation
If your employer submits the documents by 10th July (a day before the meeting), it will be considered in the same month. If submitted on or after the meeting day, it will be considered in next month.
So, don't worry.. your application will be considered for this month...

Hi boyapap,
Mine was just a interpretation of the uk gov website about initial application (which might be wrong), but batagin has more credible source and information so it must certainly be true. Also I wish that batagin and you are in this months draw and get you COS soon!!!

That person might have calculated his points wrongly. I hope am wrong but it's highly unlikely 35 going through this month. Hope am wrong and able to see some happy faces.

Person who posted 35 point approval seems to be a miscalculation. I assume it was 55, 35 for salary plus 20 for rmlt.

Surprised to see no one got Rcos generated in the Shortage Occupancy category.
Guess tis time preference given to Non sol non Phd category only. Bad luck continues

My employer has applied for July month with 50 points. People who are getting RCOS with 50 points are applying this month for the first time or applied in previous month's too?
Congratulations for everyone who received already and best wishes for everyone who is waiting. Thanks
I have been waiting for 8 months now @ 50 points!

Hi everybody, joined just now but had been following your forum since Jan.
Is it a bank holiday in U.K. Today? Has been very quiet since today?

@blitzkrieg333 50 pts not approved for 8 mnths? You should have had lesser points prior to April and got salary revised to 50 pts later. correct?

Hello Guys
I am new to this blog . I am a physiotherapist working abroad holding a master degree in Physiotherapy from UK . I have earned a Band 6 Nhs job and my employer is spplying for the third time for RCOS . Can anyone tell me how the points are calculated . The employer has offered me a salary scale starting at 27000k and they have cleared the RLMT . So can anyone please tell me will i be eligible for a RCOS since after reading the topics posted here i could make out RLMT 20 points + my salary 27000k will earn 7 points . So in total 27 points . I just want to know will they add 10 points for fund maintainance by the employer and 10 points again for english proficiency . Please guys i need your support .

No, it’s probably because England got knocked out of the World Cup lastnight so everyone has a football hangover. Haha

For a Tier 2 General, you need a minimum of £30,000 per annum as far as I am aware, as your SOC is not shortage occupation.
Fund maintenance and English points are ONLY relevant to your actual visa application after RCoS approval.
For RCoS allocation, it is only RLMT and Salary that are counted for points.

If you’re working in London you will also be able to add the London living wage to your salary as well. Inner London base nhs salary for a band 6 Physio is close to 32k for outer London it’s around 30k as lower living wage added. So if your job is in central London you’ll be on about 32 points for CoS.
The other points you’re referring to are for the visa application stage and are irrelevant when obtaining the CoS.
I’m also a band 6 Physio have already gone through 2 employers since Dec trying to get my CoS. Will go for a third job once the cap for CoS lowers!
Good luck
