FLR(M) and right to work as doctor in training

Post by cucumbernub » Mon Jul 09, 2018 10:25 am

Hi

I have a question regarding the spousal visa FLR(M) and right to work and apply for a training job. I have not been able to find this information on the Home Office website.

My wife is currently on a Tier 2 visa and is doing a training job. I currently have indefinite leave to remain. If she applies for a spousal FLR(M) visa, will she be able to apply and be considered for round 1 of specialty recruitment and to continue working as a doctor in training without being subject to the RLMT?

Kind regards
