Appeal Withdrawn by home office

Post by Nevergiveup1 » Mon Jul 09, 2018 3:49 pm

Hi everyone, Please I need advice from all the members of this house who has experience something like this before.

I make an FLR FP application base on my child who has been in uk for more than 7years, my child is 13years old now and he wasn't born in uk, he come to uk with me at the age of 1year and half. here is my application time line for both me and my child.

Application sent..... 11/07/2016.
application received ....12/07/16
Payment was taken out of account... 18/07/16
Acknowledgement received ---- 15/08/2016
Biometric letter received ---- 13/19/2016
Biometric enrolled ---- 14/09/2016
Additional information reqst--- 11/05/2017
All Additional documents reqst sent .... 17/05/2017
Application refused in October 2017 after all additional document sent.
Appeal lodge for both me and my child November 2017. Appeal hearing date receive in May 2018 for October 2018.

This morning I receive a letter from home office Appeal review team, state that they have reviewed the desicion to refuse my child application, as the matter of the review they have now decided to withdrawn the desicion to refuse my child application and they have instructed the relevant department to issue her Immigration Status Document and, a letter has been sent to the Hm Tribuna.

My question is that what does this mean as the letter is only sent to my child on his name and not on my name.

Simply means that both cases are being handled separately.

Your decision is likely to follow shortly, as a parent of a child who now has leave to remain, I’ll be surprised if yours is refused. Wait for your child’s documentation to come through to see the details.
My comments do not constitute immigration advice, if in doubt consult an immigration adviser/solicitor

Tribunal will write you and request you to write a letter of consent for the withdrawal of the appeal.

Maximum of 2 months. Please out of curiosity, did you own the house address that you use for the application as the HO do kin not to accept applications from someone without status owning a house?

Thanks
It is really good to help and everyone deserve to be respected in life. Good luck.
