I have applied for my Daughters MN1 BC online and in the checklist they asking me to send proof of parental responsibility for me and wife for our daughter. I just wanted to know is that the Birth registration certificate that we need to send with my name and wifes name on it.

Hi all,
I am attending the office for my son's citizenship application tomorrow but concerned about the "Proof of Parental Responsibility" documents we need to provide.
I am assuming his Birth Certificate is adequate?
