Referee for child

Hi guys,

My son is 26 months, and he just began to go to nursery in May. The manager said the time she has known my son is not long enough, so she can not sign the form. And then I went to my surgery, I tried to find a doctor or health visitor, but they also refused to do me the favor.

Anyone else I can ask? I have other friends or colleagues who are professional and happy to be the referee for my son. But in the form, it says one referee has to be engaged with the child. I can not find any one else who can miss the requirements.

I applied for my daughters MN1 and i asked my Accountant and my work colleague for the refrees on BC and also on passport countersignatury. Because my daughter dont go to school and our GP dont do refrences . So i wrote the explanation letter and attached it with the application.
