Tier 2 visa extension - salary confirmation

Hi all
Just want to check teh calculations for an extension of tier 2 application:
SOC is 2129, so £31,700 is for an experience migrant, and am I right in saying that this £31,700 is based on 39 hours per week?
So if the migrant works 40 hours per week, it would be pro-rated up to a gross annual salary of above £32,513 pa?
