Tier 2 change of employer.

Hi,
I am working under tier 2 visa as operation department practitioner at present in a NHS hospital. Inorder to be eligible to apply for ilr, I started looking for new job as staff nurse and got a job offer from a new employer so I have applied for a new tier 2 visa as staff nurse for another NHS hospital. Do you think my visa will be refused since my present visa is as theatre practitioner and in my new visa application my job code is registered nurse.
