Visa for a friend with Russian passport

Hi guys, Im new to this forum, im not sure if im writing in the right place so please move it if wrong.

I have a friend who wants to come visit me from Russia. I am in London at the moment.

She holds a Russian passport, shes 24 years old. she wants to visit me for 10 days.
Now i know its fairly hard to get a visa for a Russian person to visit U.K.

Any advice will be apreciated.
