Sure.

I don't understand the highlighted portion above but the money itself is a not a solution to address whatever issue was in your previous applicaiton.

So you have an existing business ?

Anyway, as I mentioned, changing the funds from 50K to 200K is not the criteria for approval. You need to address the reasons why they doubted the genuineness.

Which 50K route were you trying to use ?

What are you additionally looking for ?

You already have your solicitor advice you to go for a 200K application and you can do that.

If you get to 10 years before that decision is made, then you can vary you application to ILR (LR).

Be clear about what your question is and be honest.

Your first post said - "as i have access to £200k (in my personal account)"

Now it is in your Dad's account.

Which is it ?

i have accesses means i have this much of money but in my overseas a/c not more then 90 days . so i can't use my a/c for my application coz it condition there u maintain this much of money fr 90 days period . so can i use my father a/c . as a third party but it not also for 90 days . but as third party there is no condition to put money for 90 days . so shall i use my father statement for my application .

Correct - for a third party there is no need for 90 days.

So you can apply with that

Alternatively, since you seem to already have a business, you can transfer the money to your business account, generate the latest accounts and claim the money as already invested.

You business can also act as your third party.

So you have three different options.

Sorry I missed the fact that it was your extension. You cannot make a fresh t1e application. You can only apply for extension again.
