His first wife was from India - as are his parents. He was born in England. It was an arranged marriage, and they were married for 19 years and had 4 children (so it was clearly a genuine and long-term marriage).equitydealer wrote: ↑Sun Jul 15, 2018 1:22 pmShouldn't have any impact, if you're legally divorced and then married and can show evidence of a genuine relationship
Has he sponsored anyone from abroad in his previous marriage?
It's evidence of your own genuine relationship you need to submit, not his previous marriage.mhkl310 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 25, 2018 5:49 pmHis first wife was from India - as are his parents. Yes, I realise this. The previous question was about whether he had sponsored someone from another country previously, and while he has - it was a long-term marriage, not something arranged for her to get a visa. They were married a very long time and had children. So hopefully it doesn't look like he's involved in any kind of scam, simply because his first wife also happened to be from another country.Casa wrote: ↑Sun Nov 25, 2018 6:58 pmIt's evidence of your own genuine relationship you need to submit, not his previous marriage.mhkl310 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 25, 2018 5:49 pmHis first wife was from India - as are his parents.
