Hello,

I had a question regarding Tier 2 licence holder where if a person holds licence to sponsor IT people can he also sponsor someone from some another field (non IT) ?

Sponsorship licenses have nothing to do with 'field', you either have one or you don't. Below is the list of companies that do.
