ILR application - Final Check

First apologies for the long post.
I have ILR PEO appointment very soon. My immigration history below

1. Tier 2 ICT entry clearance - Nov 2010
2. Tier 2 Extension - Dec 2011
3. Tier 2 General(Change of employment) - Aug 2013
4. Tier 2 General Extension - Dec 2014
5. Tier 2 General (Change of employment) - Dec 2015
6. Tier 2 General (Change of employment) - Aug 2017

I am taking following docs:

(1) Appointment Confirmation Email
(2) Payment Confirmation
(3) 1 x Duly completed and signed SET (O) application form;
(4) 2 x passport photos - Main Applicant
(5) 2 x passport photos - Dependant
(6) 1 x Main Applicant’s current passport
(7) 1 x Main Applicant’s previous passport
(8) 1 x Main Applicant’s current Biometric Residence Permit card
(9) 1 x Dependant’s current passport
(10) 1 x Dependant’s current Biometric Residence Permit card
(11) 1 x Main Applicant’s Life in the UK test certificate
(12) 1 x Dependant’s Life in the UK test certificate
(13) 1 x Main Applicant’s IELTS certificate(UKVI)
(14) 1 x Dependant’s IELTS certificate(UKVI)
(15) 1 x Applicant’s current employer’s letter confirming soc pay and requirement for forseeable future
(16) The Applicant’s personal bank statements from April 2018 to July 2018(Stamped);
(17) The Applicant’s payslips for the last 3 months;
(18) 1 x Applicant’s self-certifying letter with respect to his absences;
(19) Absence letter from the previous employment
o First employer(Previous) letter for employment and absences from Nov 2013 to Jan 2016.
o Second employer(Previous) letter for employment and absences from Jan 2016 to Nov 2017.
(20) I have P60/P45 for all years.
(21) I have a pile of cohabitation docs on both names and some on individual names spanning last 2 years.

I have following questions:

1. My first employer on tier 2 General (sponsor from Aug 2013 to Dec 2015) and current employer are same. Hope this would not create any issue.

2. I am taking a self certification letter for one absence when I switched in August 2013 from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General. I switched my visa in August 2013 but my start date was in Nov 2010. This was so I can finish the notice period. My notice period ended in on 26th Oct 2013. Between 26th Oct 2013 and 4th Nov 2013 I took a 4 day trip to India to meet family before joining the new employer. For this I am providing a self certification letter. Because of this in the Set(o) form section 6.3 I have tick marked following two:

Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of
paid annual leave from the UK
Letter from applicant detailing reasons for absence due to compelling or compassionate
reasons

Please let me know if ticking above two is correct.

Also if there are any suggestion for any docs or anything else please give your feedback.
