British Citizenship Refused - UK Registration Card not provided

Hi my application been refused because of not sending a document before ending date.But I sent them a document that they needed one week before ending date,l have a Post office delivery proof to, on the letter it said someone received it

What document did you not send? What do you mean by "ending date"?
