Post by azdjani2012 » Sat Jul 14, 2018 9:11 pm

Hey just a quick and short question

married to EEA national 19/07/2012
Residence Card issued valid till 19/07/2017 applied for PR
Got Permanent Residence issued date 17/10/2017
Lost Permanent Residence Card then Home office again issued new card on 18/04/2018

QUESTION
so i completed my 5 years 19/07/2017 and home office issued me PR 17/10/2017, so whice date i have to apply for British citizen (17/10/2018 PR issue date) or (18/04/2018 New card issue) or i can apply 19/07/2018 bcoz this is the period date i completed total 6 years

Thanks

19.7.2018 - presumably the PR date was confirmed by a UKVI letter?
