Tier 4 switching to Tier 2 - Unique Story

Hi All

i am/was tier 4 student, completed my degree and applied for a job and got the job, company claimed they have tier 2 license, but company solicitor didnt know if it is valid suspended etc.
They applied COS but rejected saying get yourselves active, anyway they applied 3 RCOS and got 2 on 11th of July and mine still no answer.

The problem is company solicitor advised me to apply the visa on the last day which was 2nd of July 2018 and we need 15 days to submit the RCOS number along with documents.
Unfortunately no RCOS was issued for me on 11th and now i dont know what gona happen, company solicitor said he cant do nothing, if he gave up whats my status and what gona happen to me then ?? Company said Home office should be cruel, but here in my story i am the one who was victimised got nothing to do, Shall i submit all the documents without RCOS tomorrow and wirte them a letter about what happen to me ???
Is there anyway they consider me specially and give me extra time to sort out my RCOS first and then do other stuff.
I am bit worried how can people do this to me ?? all the time they used to say dont worry we gona do something.
