EEA APPLICATION - EXTENDED FAMILY MEMBER - CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES FORM -

Post by Dena2 » Mon Jul 16, 2018 9:51 pm

Hello All,

First time in this board!

My situation ;

I am from Spain
My umarried partner is Jamaican

He came to the UK on a Tier 5 (creative) as a performer

we applied for a EAA extended family member as I am from Spain and we now live together.

When sending the application we forgot to add the proof of cohabitation> we have been advise to send the Change of Circumstances form fro the gov website and include the missing documentation .

my question is as follows

we only just sent the application last Thursday the 11 of July 2018 and have not yet received the acknowledgment letter - do I need to wait for the acknowledgment letter first before I send the Change of Circumstances form ?? as I assume I would need to add the relevant application number in the Change of circumstances form? or can I go ahead and send it without waiting for the acknowledgement letter?

please kindly advise

thank you
