Eufam permanent residency application duration .

Hi,
My stamp4eufam 5 years GNIB card will expire soon.
I am wondering what are my options in future? EU spouse is still working like 5 years ago.
Can i apply for citizenship? Or reapply for stamp 4 EUFAM? Or is there any permanent stamp after 5 years of residence?

Apply for citizenship and EU3 permanent stamp not sure how permanent it's but that's what i did last month . If they happen to refuse apply again for EU4FAM .

I applying and they gave me temporary stamp 4 8 months valids but my normal stamp is not even yet expired

For EU3 application, is the EU spouse suppose to be working or studying? And why would they reject EU3?

I read you can apply for EU after 4.5 years on Stamp4eufam. Whereas for citizenship one should hold 5 years of stamp4eufam

That correct citizenship is after 5 years

EU3 is 6 months before your stamp 4 expires .
Has to be working studying (+ health care insurance) or resident (+ health care insurance) with suffiscient funds.. during the 5 years ans while application is on going.

Common refusal is Eu citizen didn't follow the rules above..

Me for exemple my spouse worked for 1 year and half then resident with enough funds (my salary + health care insurance) and while application is going she's becoming full time student while i am working

Hi ,

You don;t need health insurance if Eu citizen is work but if there are periods within the last 5 years she was not working for longtime then you will need to show you both had healthcare cover for those periods.

There's no amount of money , however if there are period when EU citizen didn't no work you need to show that she had access to money could be your own salary ...a best way of showing that is a joint account that show money flowing in.

Apply for permanent residence using the EU3 form:

Thx we applied for Eu 3 form waiting to hear then after August we will apply for citizenship. Thx sent in end of June received the letter confirming form received. Now waiting for the final say.

No was actually late because I didn’t know I had to apply 6months before Stamp4 expires. So late by 3 months hope they will be no problem.
