URGENT! TIER 2 VISA DELAYED FOR OVER 3 MONTHS

Hello,

I have applied for initial Tier 2 visa in April from home country having obtained COS in april as well. A few weeks later my employer was downgraded to B and we have been waiting since then with no feedback other than awaiting decision, complex case etc.
I am aware my employer has made payment for action plan and has had a second visit after all the errors were corrected.
But another issue is COS is due to expire in a few days and visa is still pending with UKVI and employer says its still showing assigned on sms system.

What do i do please????

Your sponsor license has to be back on track from B to A. As the compliance visits have done you just have to wait now for the results.
Regarding the COS expiry it does not matter as long as you have applied within the COS expiry date.

My employer status has been changed to A last week and I have still not gotten feedback on my visa since then.

Is there a way I can prompt them, been waiting for over 3 months now.

Update:

Visa has now been approved.


The COS changed from expired to used as soon as it was approved.
