Immigrating to San Marino

Post by TheEarlG » Wed Jul 18, 2018 5:52 am

I have some questions on immigrating to other countries?

Is an EU Citizenship beneficial to moving to San Marino?

How much in the way of finances do you need, I saw it posted in the website but it didn't say how much etc.

You can enter the country visa-free as an EU citizen.
For stays longer than 30 days you need to register / get a permit.

Try contacting Sammarinese authorities for exact details of your case.

"Elective residence permits: for foreign nationals wishing to establish their residence in San Marino, who make and maintain a property or financial investment, according to the rules set by law. "

What rules set by law does this regard? Does this cover how much a financial investment must be?

Thanks for that stuff.

Have you tried Googling?

It took me 2 minutes to find this:

The law is "Legge n.94/2017" and you must invest between €500-600k.
