Business Activity ( Companies House Documents)

I have a question from the experience members of this forum.

Limited Company Formed: 30/01/2013
Applied with my business partner : Feb 2013 ( 50K)
Refused: Sep 2013
Upper tribunal Decision : In Favour
Visa Granted : July 2015

Extension: Visa Apply on 14/07/2018

I submitted the following documents for Business Activity

1- Current Appointed Report ( printed and ordered on 12/07/2018)
2- Annual Returns 2016
3-Annual Returns 2015 ( 19/10/2015 within 6 month of granting leave to remain Under Tier 1)

Question: Do i have to submit companies house report of 2013 when i actually formed the company and appointed my self as a director of the company? or Oct 2015 annual return which shows me as a director fulfil the requirements of this section.

If i had to submit the 2013 formation of report then can i post this now after submission of application (14/07/2018)?

The Current Appointment Record should show that you registered within 6 months (it was before the visa grant), so that should meet the requirement.
