Criminal record check for Tier 2 visa

Hi All, I have a doubt related to Tier2 general visa, shall be thankful if anyone can answer.

We need to apply for Tier 2 General visa with me as dependent and my partner as main applicant. In the documents required it says criminal record check is needed. Can someone please let me know if its needed for both the applicants or just the main?

Main applicant will be working as IT Consultant in NHS GP surgery.

Dependent will be in IT company as software developer.

“Documents required “ is displayed per applicant so if it says so for both the applicants then required for both,no?

Isn’t your employer helping?
