Reason for Delays in Tier 1 Extension???

Post by cutegirl21 » Thu Jul 19, 2018 1:52 pm

Hi Zimba/Marcnath
I believe many people are waiting for their decisions for their file, and due to that its extreme stress period for everyone who is waiting? I have some questions to ask from you guys and members?

1. I am waiting from last 28 weeks and no response from home office. I have not receive complex letter as well is it a good positive sign not getting complex letter yet?
2. I have received IHS partial refund of £200 4weeks ago? Any thing positive in it? Does it means that case worker open my file and feel positive thats why he return £200 instead of £600? IHS and caseworker must have some connection among them??some people say IHS refund have nothing to do and not necessary cae worker did refund it might be IHS dept?? Is that right?
3. My 10 years are completion in Dec, its about 5 months left, but i need to travel to india for some family issues? Do u think its worth to send MP letter to home office or any letter from solicitor to speed up the process or anything which can make things bit quick.

Arggggghhh its time of too much stress. Really appreciate if someone can disuss my 3 points and can give any suggestion about it??

Is there some documentary evidence you can add ?
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

I really cannot tell you why your application is taking so long. Unfortunately you must wait to hear back. There is no way to expedite the application as far as I know
