Online Naturalisation - AN- when to fill form

i am hoping to recieve my ilr on 28/08 via premium service and in one week i will recieve biometric card by post.

i am hoping to apply for naturalisation online asap being spouse of a bc ( ndrs + passport ) .

if i book ndrs appointment with council for 7th september , can i do the online submission & paymnt one day before.

do i need to do biometrics at post office before ndrs appointment ?

one of my referre is in leeds so i will have to go down leeds to get it signed .. can i print the referee form from anywhere ? and get it sorted in advance of online application and ndrs ?

referre sign a paper form and it goes to home office through ndrs ? isnt it
