Citizenship Invitation letter with Guidance Notes

Hi ,

I applied for British naturalisation on 21June , and on 16 July got a letter from my council to choose a date to attend ceremony for next three available dates , and to bring HO invitation letter and ID with me on the day

I have not received HO invitation letter as yet , can someone please guide me if it take longer to get that ?
I rang up council to inquire and they say they received it last week and i should have receive HO letter before them

Any help with timeline of these correspondance , and HO contact to chase it up will be very helpful
