Best time to call dependent..

Same I have this question for my brother and very confused.

5-year completing June 2019 but his VISa Until 2020 May and 10 years for 2019 End. but his plan to go 5-year.

IF he brings his wife on tier-1 Dependent as PBS and going to apply ILR 5-year Route. Can his wife also send a file as well as same time as extended PBS June 2019 ( NOT ILR) OR She to need to switch later on 2020 may?

Please don't tag your question to other people's posts

If your brother takes the 5 year route, his wife can remain as a PBS dependant until she becomes eligible for ILR. So, when her visa expires in May 2020, she will apply for leave to remain as a PBS dependant.

Thanks for the answer, Sorry I did post a little bit wrong date of his Expire.

5-year completing June 2019 but his VISa Until Nov 2019, So now my question is HO taking some extra times nowadays so his wife can send with PBS file as same time in June 2019 to extend because her visa ending Nov 2019 but very short might he not get ILR.
or she needs to wait for his ILR Then need to send PBS FILE.

If it is the 5 year route the PBS dependant application should be made at the same time as ILR
