Marry from an Eu citizen whilist in tier 4 visa

I wanna help !! In my case . I am an oversease student holding tier 4 visa Expiring end of 2020 .

i meet my girlfriend 6 months ago and we have decided to get married in the uk ? She is an eu citizen working in the uk .

But from the experiences i read online , i am afraid that if we get married here my visa gonna be cancelled if they haven’t satisfied. I am sure that about us and everything but still it’s a risk ? By any way i am not planning to switch my visa to suppose visa at all . I wanna first finish my study then think either will i be here or i will go somewhere else with her to work ?

Can anyone tell me also the process for getting marry in the uk ? And if there is any risk on my tier 4 visa or not ?

In order to marry in the UK you will first have to give notice at a Home Office designated Registry Office. The Registrar is then legally bound to notify the HO, who can then extend the registration period from 28 to 70 days in order to interview you both if they choose to do so before the wedding can go ahead.

Whether you are given permission to marry or not, it shouldn't affect your Tier 4 visa.

The thing is i have heard in order to get married in the uk you have been with your partner for 2 years ! Is that right ?

No. You're confusing this with a visa application as an Unmarried Partner. There's no such requirement for marriage.
