'URGENT' Please HELP Question about bookin ILR premium appointment

Hi,
I made an online ILR application and selected 'premium service' but I choose wrong date (1/Sep/2018) of appointment which means by then my residence permit is expired already (10/August/2018) and I can find any appointment date within my my residence permit (before 10/August/2018) so what should I do, Can I call then and cancel the application if so will they give me a refund or they won't issue any refund.

1- On what basis you are applying ILR ? Which form you filled in i.e SET (M) or SET (o) ?

2- if you have submitted your online application within 28 days of completing your qualifying period than you would be fine Even your PSC appointment is after expiry of your existing LTR because in case of online application, the Date of application is considered when you submit your online application but not the PSC appointment day, I think you should be fine .

3- Other option you have to try hard to keep checking and looking for earlier PSC appointment if someone might cancel their appointment and you can reschedule your appointment but this would be extremely difficult , you would have to be very flexible in regard to locations in whole Uk and dates ?

4- Other option is you can Vary your ILR application from PSC to postal application, send them your online completed printed application form along with supporting documents by recorded post , including covering letter explaining whole situation that you want to Vary your PSC appointment into postal application. wish you good luck .

I think all you need is to keep looking and then reschedule your appointment

I am thinking to apply ILR and for same day I qualify for my ILR on 5th Sep 2018 (5 years less 28 days)

What my concern is that if I apply online then how would I qualify as I have not even finished 4 years 11 months and 2 days

When application is submitted that this is the time I have applied. After applying would I be able to book slot straight away

Please can someone share their ILR online application experience.

I dont want to come in a situation that I apply online way before my time and application becomes invalid although when I visit PSC center I would have finished 4 years 11 months and 2 days

You do not need to cancel this application if you do cancel you are likely to loose fee, you have to send this already online completed and submitted printed form by post . You do not need to fill the form again .

I'm lucky I rescheduled my appointment on Aug 8, 2018. thanks for everyone
