Is there a harm claiming child benefit after ILR ?

Hello,

I have got my ILR three months back. I am planning to apply for British citizenship as soon as I will complete 1 year after ILR. Meanwhile is there any harm in applying and getting child benefit ? I don't want any such benefilts (recourse to public funds) to cause problems in my citizenship application. (like for example any benefit claims before ILR may have problems during ILR application).
