IHS refund

I have a 5 year Ancestry visa, expiring in 2022. I have been here since December 2017 and will be going back to Australia soon. I paid for IHS (equivalent to 1000GBP) and I need to know if I can get a refund for this as I haven't used the whole 5 years?
