NRPF No Recourse to public fund and claiming UNIVERSAL CREDIT

Hi guys
Hope someone will shed some light on my dilemna.my girlfriend is applying for Universal credit .shes british national and we have child together .myself i got leave to remain with NRPF and we were told we must apply as a couple as we live together.im not working at the moment as im waiting for job offer plus NI.
Would this joint application affect my future home office application?
Would i be breaching immigration rules having my name on the universal credit application?

Hi,
Application for universal credit will be a joint claim if you are living with your partner. But as you have NRTPF you will be ineligible partner for UC. This should not affect your visa or future application as you’d not be getting paid by universal credit.
