Tier 2 General in country application RLMT

Post by ssr2010 » Mon Jul 23, 2018 9:42 pm

Hi Friends,

This is my very first post/question on this immigration board. Question is about acceptable RLMT for tier 2 general in country application (unrestricted COS). My spouse is on Tier 2 General visa at moment and have now got an offer from different employer. They have now generated unrestricted COS and assigned to her.
They also have confirmed that they have completed RLMT. Also have mentioned the RLMT conducted details alongwith start and end dates in COS, they have had recently posted the job for 28 days on Totaljobs website, also on own Company website ( they have more than 250 employees). Addition to this they provided the details of job posted on UniversalJob Match and Local newspaper but these 2 adverts are backdated from last year July to Sep end 2017(This employer was looking for 6 people and so far only 4 roles filled).
Now my question is whether these RLMT evidence/details are sufficient to prove that Employer have successfully completed the RLMT as outlined by Home Office?
I remember last week (before COS assigned) employer had said they are sending RLMT evidence to Home office shortly...
Are we safe to proceed with application based on above??? Please advise ASAP. Thanks in advance
